Fresh/Entry Level
Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide online technical support to customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment for customers and internal staff.
- Support the IT team with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
- Provide first-level technical support for SQL accounting, payroll, and POS software.
- Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates.
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
- Maintain accurate support logs and documentation.
- Support internal IT tasks such as hardware setup and network maintenance.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases and business software applications.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
- Understanding of IT security practices.
