Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide online technical support to customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment for customers and internal staff.
  • Support the IT team with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Provide first-level technical support for SQL accounting, payroll, and POS software.
  • Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
  • Maintain accurate support logs and documentation.
  • Support internal IT tasks such as hardware setup and network maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases and business software applications.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
  • Understanding of IT security practices.
